I worked at Express part-time for less than a year

Pros

There is a discount, good people to work with, and often very nice clothes to work with and buy. I wouldn't recommend working there full time though.

Cons

Not very good pay, hours can be very random, and often not enough people working to cover the entire store, so you have to spread yourself thin.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better pay, or allow a commission.

    I have been working at Express part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    A lot of hours
    Flexible schedule

    Cons

    They call you on days off, asking you to come in to work, very intrusive
    Expectations are outlandish and impossible to meet
    Pay is very low for the amount of work
    Management is on the shady side

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allocate more payroll hours to each store, especially during closing hours. Sometimes the store closes with only 4 people, and takes hours to get the store in shape after all customers have left.
