great benefits and bonus plan

Cons

no work life balance; high turnover, not competitive at all with pay on a sales associate level

be prepared to work for a VERY REACTIVE company, changes are made daily

    Social networking! Style! discount! Upbeat!?

    Cons

    No Customer appreciatation. Corporate has specification of each store (store layout, guidelines, association) which they don't understand. Get down & dirty!

    Pros

    Flexible schedule for student
    Discount on clothes

    Cons

    Hire to many people and not enough hours to go around
    Want you to constantly harass customers just to make a sale
    If your new they kind of leave you in the dust to figure everything out on your own

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop hiring so many people so that there are enough hours to go around for employees and stop making employees harass customers if they don't want any help, it annoys them and affects their shopping expierence
