Pros

ever changing reality with the Medco merger going forward.. fast paced work environment.. great opportunities to lead people and make a great impact on their world .. so far many different sites to work at ..

Cons

huge demands on management and little recognition because everyone is looking at what the next hot topic may be.. account management appears to be limited in where you are allowed to work from , and in how much they understand what goes on in the front line employees world ( the people who really talk to their clients) they are losing the expertise and knowledge of frontline employees by overlooking people in their contact centers

    Pros

Benefits/Pay (when it was Medco Health)
Though now Express Scripts is in charge, that's going to change for worse.

    Cons

This is for the management policies still in effect while it was Medco Health.

•Employees who has been working there longest get away with harrassing fellow employees EVEN after there have been SEVERAL HR complaints.
•Same employees get away blatant insubordination. While others get written up for the slightest digressions.
•It's matter of time someone goes to Equal Oppurtunity and a lawyer.
•Even though management boasts a strong non-retribution policy, employees are made example out of frequently.
    •Favoritism reigns.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    What advice?
Someone just needs to open their Ethics Compliance reports to realize how truly a mess this place has been and breaching even the 'easiest' of all ethics.

Management, as it stands today since last 6 years, is incapable and apparently blind to the true change.
