Pros

Fast paced, advancement potential, growing company

Cons

Fast paced, IT side pays well, but hours are brutal. Client contracts sometimes emphasize short term gain over long term relationships.

Advice to Management

Be a little more straightforward with clients. The market is getting very competitive, we are doing ourselves no favors by over complicating agreements.

    Pros

generous PTO earning, roughly 6 hours per 80 hr pay period.
    decent health benefits/affordable

    Cons

    MANY!
short notice mandatory overtime, no matter how badly it messes with your life.
not a good place for people with children/families, students or people who like to sleep or have a life.
    poor training
high school drama, only the in crowd gets promotions, raises, recognition
takes no brain power to do your job, a monkey could do it
    high turn over
they preach "express way values" but don't live them
management that is totally out of touch with employees
you are just a number to your supervisor
"witch hunts" for anyone who isn't in a manager's pocket

    Advice to Management

knock it off with the blatant favoritism! Stop using "moles" to rat out other people. get out of your office and actually see the people you are judging from a distance. realize that people that other responsibilities and committments outside of work, and can't work 7 days a week for you. hold all leaders to the standards you preach, not just a select few, including yourself.
stop complaining about pens being the #1 expense!
    provide a safer workplace
get an HR department that actually can do something besides parrot your insane ideas

    Pros

Paycheck and opportunities to make more money are available.

    Cons

You can only ask for certain times off during the day if you are at 100% quality or above.
You can only ask for other times off if they have openings available.
Some members of your team are the managers favorite so if they don't like you, you can forget about getting asked for special favors.
Their medical leave is only for full time employees which can lead to attendance issues if you have worked there for only a few months.
The customers are constantly complaining about getting too many medications at once or another agent would screw up and take something off the auto enroll and they would call back even more upset because they didn't get the medication.
They say they will change a schedule if you have a problem but they did not and that also led to attendance problems.

    Advice to Management

Allow for better medical leave policy in the event of an unforseen accident (one that can be proven by hospital) for employees. Keep better track of schedules in case of problems. Allow people to talk to other people about problems other than team leads.
