I have been working at Express Scripts full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great benefits, the people I worked with and nice facility.

    Cons

Way to much micromanaging. Management was never around when you needed help. Worked a lot of long hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees needs and you might have less of a turnover rate.

I have been working at Express Scripts full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Medco was a good company with good core values, but sold out to Express Scripts which never had a reputation as a good place to work. Good employees, wonderful clients, nice systems.

    Cons

Express does not value employees or clients, the merger is supposed to save a billion dollars. It's cut a thousand jobs so far. They bought the competition, so there's no drive to improve. They have tossed out top talent - well trained professional people and are looking for new cheap and cheerful interns.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

People respect honesty, let them know turnover with employees is the express way. This is not a merger, but a takeover.

    No opinion of CEO
