    Pros

I love the fast-paced challenging environment. If you work hard and remain consistent in your efforts you will be promoted. ESI offers opportunities to employees with experience and having a degree is not required to work your way up. I like that they prefer to promote from within and value practical job experience within the company. The environment is one of fairness and equal opportunity and all of the supervisors and managers that I have worked with have been very approachable and quick to help when a problem arises.

    Cons

It is difficult for some to get used to having your schedule micro-managed down to the minute as is the case with entry level positions. For positions which require the individual to field phone calls 8 hours a day, it can be very stressful and sometimes emotionally draining. You are the sounding board for people who are affected by corporate decisions which often affect their health, decisions that you may or may not agree with personally and are often subjected to wishing there was more that you could do to help.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Positive feedback and recognition are much appreciated by your employees! While attendance and adherence are of utmost importance, it would be nice to have a little bit more flexibility with our schedules.

    Pros

Health benefits retirement program base pay package . Many good people and friendships made over time. High turnover rate means plenty of jobs available at all times

    Cons

Horrible company to work for. They only care about numbers. Will spend millions to watch key strokes but forget about getting a new mouse pad. Don't make your numbers you get fired. Make your numbers and goals will be increased next year. Try to practice pharmacy or help a patient and you will quickly find this behavior is discouraged by short sighted management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You would find people far more productive with a small carrot. Use the biggest stick you can find and people will always find a way around it at the expense of the company. Ignorance will come back to bite you in the end
