Pros

Good amount of 'vacation time', if you are allowed to take it. Nice work environment at headquarters. Starbucks and cafeteria on site.

Cons

Company is very slow to respond. IT is very slow. IT service tickets have taken as long as 45 days to complete. At least 10 people are CC'd on every email when subject probably only applies to a few. Collaboration with coworkers is discouraged. Unrealistic expectations. Meetings, meetings, meetings, and more meetings. Management won't give guidance about what they want. Need to learn to read minds. A lot of talking negatively about people behind their backs. Complaining about people not showing up during snow storms or when sick then the next day talking about how they understand the need to stay home. Which is it?

Advice to Management

Work on the IT process.

    Cons

This is the absolute worst company I have every worked for. There is a serious lack of communication all around, from upper management to HR. HR is quick to screw up your paycheck and take their precious time to fix it. You could go without a paycheck for as long as three weeks, meanwhile they are giving you the runaround saying that they've expedited things and you will be updated in 2-3 business days. Meanwhile you could be waiting as long as three weeks. Same thing with benefits, they screw up your benefits you call to get it resolved you spend 30 minutes on the phone with someone who can't give you a direct answer they escalate the issue and tell you that you will get a c/b in 48hrs. Meanwhile you wait for two weeks and no one has called or email and you're calling them for an update every two days and they have no updates they're still investigating. Two months later and there is still no resolution but they expect you to come to work every day get paid scraps and keep a smile on your face. Oh and they treat the customers the same way. They don't update their employees on changes in a timely manner, when something changes you ask your supervisor what's going on. Of course they ignore you because they have no idea. Two weeks later you get a mass email informing you of the change. Meanwhile you've been winging it for two weeks. Don't bother with this place its not worth the time, energy, headache, high blood pressure or hair loss.
