Pros

If you love to kiss ass and are good with power point decks that never have to produce results this is the company for you!

Cons

No interest from management in what is actually happening on the ground. More important to talk about the grand ideas that never come but buy management more time to get bonus and stock. Even in senior management. As service levels fail every year the approach is always the same. Find someone to blame and buy another year.

Advice to Senior Management

Your failure of service going back years is going to cost you in the end. As the company is spending millions to buy back stock to raise the share price they are not taking care of the resources that actually fill the scripts. When clients finally catch on they will level in large numbers.
