I have been working at ExpressJet Airlines full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

great co-workers and the dynamic interesting atmosphere of the airport. Local management was great.

    Cons

ExpressJet was a great company until it was bought by Skywest Inc and merged with Atlantic Southeast Airlines. Since then there have been significant paycuts and cuts to other benefits such as vacations, holidays and insurance. Management at the top does not really value those on the front lines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest with your employees and treat them as the valuable commodities that they are.
