I have been working at Extreme Networks

    Pros

Interesting technology; lots of learning opportunities; fantastic supportive engineering team; respectable work-life balance

    Cons

Upward advancement can take a long time; senior management turns over every two-three years; many years of little to no market growth

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create the vision and define the vertical requirements and let the Engineers design and build the best products to meet the market needs.
