Extreme Networks Technical Marketing Engineer in Santa Clara, CA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

It is not too big that you are just a number; the lines can be very short. At the same time not so small a company that no resources (people, budget, knowledge) is not available

Cons

pay is not that great. The annual performance review is a joke. The amount that is available is fixed, and the best performers just get a little bit more. There is little encouragement to exceed expectations.

little more transparency, more coaching could be done of individual contributors
