Pros

Small company, able to work on variety of areas. Able to move into different protocols, work with customers and quality.

Cons

Management changed direction quite a bit. Sales remained pretty flat , this effected the stock price. Management also do not always work well together.

Advice to Management

Pick a direction and stick to it. Increase sales , ensure that stock price goes up, make sure management always work together

    HR team was employee freindly

    now the management has been changed, HW manager are incharge over software professionals.

    advice to consider technical background rather than simply leadership skills on managers.

    Good benefits for small company. Everyone knows everyone.

    Managers in Marketing seem to be looking out for themselves and not giving enough credit to their down-lines that support an make them look good.

    Advice to Management

    Managers need execute and utilize more employee recognition programs to retain good employees.
