ProsPays fairly well. Promote volunteerism.

ConsUnbelieveable amount of rules. Very rigid. Must be an engineer to have opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire leaders, not 4.0gpa engineers to have no idea about how to run a business or how to relate to other humans.
