I worked at Exxon Mobil full-time for more than 5 years

ProsUnbelieveable amount of rules. Very rigid. Must be an engineer to have opportunities.

ConsHighly rigid corporate culture, too many levels of management, impossible to get traction on new ideas unless delivered from top-down approach, too concerned about standards and process

Advice to Senior Managementkeep it up

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
