Current Employee - Procurement Associate in Fairfax, VA
Current Employee - Procurement Associate in Fairfax, VA

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Great pay, solid benefits, rewarded if high ranking, pension

Cons

No flexible work environment (falsely advertised) subject to Supervisor discretion
No creative ideas allow, expected to fall in line with no disagreement
Up to management for career placement, no control from employee perspective
Type A personalities ALWAYS competitive

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be consistent across the board, lose the favoritism and "chosen one" model. Listen to employees career desires, need to be more diverse, inclusion is a joke! Work on fairness.

No opinion of CEO
