Pros

excellent place to learn,
helpful colleague from CEO, AEO and GSO,
nice office,
plenty of knowledge / information resources

Cons

bad traveling arrangement,
double standard - malaysian staff do not enjoy the same benefit / compensation per american staff, i.e: share option scheme etc,
awkward working hour

    I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Good. Stable job.good colleagues. Work is very challenging in the beginning, but slowly gets better with experience. Good work life balance

    Cons

    The progression is very slow. Very steady, but not as challenging as what I expected. Overall a stable job, not many opportunities

    Pros

    High safety standard
    Good benefits, salary and bonuses.

    Cons

    Culture would have to improve to ensure that young technician can learn on the job with guidance provided by the seniors instead of having blind expectations for someone new.
    Eliminate the rank system which can be biased
    Team spirit and more team bonding session is required.
    Standardization across sites
