    Pros

    Chance to travel
    Good training system
Company will rotate the job for you every 2-3 years
    Good background of colleagues

    Cons

    Work long hours
Starting salary based on education, then evaluate performance by comparing with colleagues (ranking system) I would say it's competitive environment.

    Pros

Given chance to participate in major projects in the plant. Allowed freedom to explore within the job scope to seek out interest in the department.

    Cons

No structure in the pre-employment programme. Often left to do routine work if you are not proactive. No effort from management from grooming interns into possible employees.

    Advice to Management

Relook into the PEP and designate a structure to properly groom the interns and incorporate them into the business
