I worked at ExxonMobil as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Good salary, co-workers are very nice. Projects vary and are interesting. The position is what you make of it. New employees get straight down to work. You can always ask your co-workers in case you have any questions, there is in an open-door policy, where anyone can approach anyone else. All this in a very informal atmosphere where people call each other by their first names.

Cons

Entry positions are tough to come by, with many employees coming in with substantial experience already.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop and maintain junior staff. This will breed loyalty and subject matter expertise, rather than only hiring from outside.

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people and regulars that you see are always nice and happy to see you. I also enjoyed the schedule and everyday routine.

    Cons

The company I work for is family run and owned. Their is no room for higher improvement on the step ladder. The store will always look at you if there is a problem even if it's not your fault.
