I have been working at ExxonMobil

Pros

the pay is above average, he management is honest for the most part, good business ethethis but not straightforward with emloyees. good office environment, private offices not cubicles

Cons

Computer science people just carry water for the engineers. All decision making is the engineers, they are better paied as well. Maganement (line supervisors) are rewarded for building the career of one or two people, the rest be damed, no oppertunity at all.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everyone has talent that can be used. Anyone can be a leader in the area they are strong in. Don't just single out one person and give them all the oppertunity
