I worked at Eze Castle Integration full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Great company and atmosphere. Everyone is technically ambitious, friendly and practical. They take management and clients very seriously (and they should). But you can expect to get your hands wet in a variety of technologies and grow rapidly. They promote from within, so a good place to stay.

Cons

Pay is not up to the market level - Sys Eng 75-80k. Help Desk - 45-55k.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

let your employees voice themselves without hesitation - otherwise you guys are doing a fantastic job.

    Work hard play hard environment, a lot of room to grow, excellent benefits.

    Cons

    poor work/life balance, very stressful, always understaffed in every department, difficult clients

    I have been working at Eze Castle Integration full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    I started at Eze on their Help Desk program and have been very fortunate to get 2 promotions in the past 13 months. They have a great Learning and Development program and if you hit certain criteria you get a promotion to the next level on the helpdesk. It's been an awesome reward for working hard.

    Cons

    The clients! The company services primarily hedge funds, most of the clients are extremely demanding and have no patience to work with you on the phone....

    Keep it up!!! The game nights and beer Thursday's are awesome perks!
