I worked at F5 Networks full-time for more than 3 years

ProsThe environment is very relaxed for the IT tepartment. The IT Operations Team is very tight-knit. Projects are coordinated and then handed out, but the team is small enough that your voice is very clearly heard when doing architecture work.

ConsThere isn't a lot of room to move up in the company. Historically, they're not great at career development for employees; you're left to your own devices there.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
