    Pros

Very collaborative environment. Most every manager, even VP, has an open-door policy regarding any issue that may arise, which leads to good, open dialogue among the leadership team and the individual contributors.

    Cons

Due to rapid growth there have been several realignment/reorganizations over the last year+, which is a good problem to have but also is disruptive for those of us who have been here a while.

    Pros

Good pay, smart people, great perks and location.

    Cons

Sometimes they put the wrong person in charge. HR sided with the manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to the turnover in your departments and consider it might be the manager, not the rank and file.
