Bi-polar environment that thinks it knows what it wants but does nothing to ensure the local goals are achieved.

Atss (Current Employee)
Nashua, NH

Prospay, flexible schedule (provided you request far in advance), good rate of earning leave once you've been in for 15 yrs, training schedule

Conswork schedule(rotating shifts), required to schedule leave out 1 yr in advance, supervisor can change schedule throughout year after the annual schedule has been established, Congress uses your job as a political football cutting your salary

Advice to Senior ManagementRemind the flying public and Congress that FAA actually produces income for the gov't and before FAA was required to be part of the General Fund we were able to cover all of our costs & upgrades and still have a surplus at the end of the year.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Great people to work with, but might seem like a dead-end for younger professionals

    Software Engineer (Current Employee)
    Oklahoma City, OK

I have been working at FAA full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: For me, there are three main things that determine job satisfaction. Who you work with, what projects you work on, and salary. The first three years straight out of college you… Advice to Senior Management: Recognize that there are bright individuals in the younger generation and that it is important to keep them interested in working for you,… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
