Growth is there if you want to suck up to the big wigs
Union representation

ConsManagement is clueless to who you even are
Too political
Not enough communication between management and employees, even in the same building!

Advice to Senior ManagementRemember where you came from.
You all started in the same place, doing the same job. Please don't forget that.
