Former Employee – worked at FBOP Corporation

Pros – The majority of the people are great to work for and with. Management is extremely competent and for the most part friendly and looking out for employees best interests. Job security is good, ownership looks out for employees. Vast majority of peers are hardworking. Small company so its easy to get to know most of the local employees. Good Christmas party, and other perks such as baseball games.

Cons – Pay is somewhat low relative to other institutions. Mobility is limited as well as it is a smaller corporation. If they wish employees to work at different locations the pay should reflect that. Need more opportunities/compensation for higher education.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide opportunities for employees coming out of college to explore different career paths.
