I have been working at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Working in a union shop has benefits, like contract, lines of demarcation, job security, representation and grievance procedure

    Cons

Backstabbing, ego and "me me me" mentality in management trickles down to the line workers and support staff, causing low morale. Nothing ever gets done because every one wants the credit but no one wants to take the chance at getting the blame.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Walk the talk. Your greatest assets are the workers on the line. They know how to build a quality vehicle without all the bs. Information is gold, spread the wealth
