    Pros

They provide excellent benefits and vacation time, provided you're able to use it. Colleagues are talented and competent, but your mileage may vary depending on your department.

    Cons

There is a huge disconnect between executives and regular employees. Lip service is regularly paid to communication up the chain and execs say that their doors are always open, but reality doesn't reflect that.

    Pros

    - Everyone around you is a creative genius in one form or another. Writers, designers, producers, editors, name it and they're somewhere in that building.

    - Supportive staff.

    - Coffee bar.

    - Friendly people who enjoy what they do.

    Cons

    - Long hours.

    - Pressured timelines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to support the personal creative initiatives of your employees. Be more willing to give chances to younger employees straight out of school.
