Pros

Great working environment, great people to work with, amazing collaboration, good work life balance depending on department, amazing opportunities for advancement depending on individuals' drive for success. Great coffee bar that compares to Starbucks!

Cons

I really can't think of anything bad about the company. They always offer opportunities for advancement if you have the drive to be successful. If you don't have the drive for success then you'll pretty much hate every job you get until you find that one true love (a job you love).

Advice to Management

From my perspective, keep up the good work cause I'm happy!

    Pros

Great benefits, lots of days off, pretty flexible hours so you can manage work/social life

    Cons

Ideas are nothing new and coming from those who are stuck in the old days of advertising.
Mostly pharma in NYC so it's nothing groundbreaking to work on.
People are not too friendly and bunch of type As with mix of Type Bs.
Culture is more office-like than fun advertising especially in media.

    Advice to Management

Promote deserving people more quickly and replace those that left quickly otherwise they'll just leave since they have to pick up lot of work from those that left.
Have more fun events to improve the work culture!

    Pros

What they tried to do, bring above and below the line advertising under one roof with a single P&L, was a good idea.

    Cons

For political reasons, they removed certain key people that had solid client relationships and replaced with people who, while talented, did not have the necessary skill set to run an agency.
