    Pros

They provide excellent support for current employees on existing projects and the hours are fair compared to most agencies.

    Cons

High turn over rate due to rare promotions and raises. They usually hire new employees instead of granting promotions.

Former Employee - Intern in New York, NY

I worked at FCB as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

The company has some great clients. As an intern, I still got to work on some of these clients. Understandably, my role wasn't the largest, but I got a pretty good impression of what goes on. Oh, and there's a donation-based coffee bar that rocks!

    Cons

The business is bland. There's too much hierarchy. Too many roadblocks where most ideas get killed. Good ideas too. Creative directors have little to no interaction with the lower creatives. There's no sense of cohesion or a team working together. Everyone seems miserable to be there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have no advice for management because I wouldn't know where to begin.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
