    I worked at FDA full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    If you like to travel a lot it is the job to have both foreign and domestic.

    Cons

    Change does not happen. Even when change is needed to improve work environment it does not happen. Some people do there jobs and some people do not. If you work hard you will end up doing other peoples work. Management plays favorites. Certain people get career opportunities.
