Abstract benefit to society which feels more palpable in the beginning

Cons

It's bread and butter regulatory work such as moving papers from the inbox to the outbox - 90% of the time. The other 10% is doing reviews.

    easy work for entry level wages
    well paid for 0 experience and plenty of growth opportunities
    flexible hours and sick leave

    Cons

    Little use of actual skills or education
    No motivation to produce actual results
    Office environment and computers out of date and obsolete

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management is limited by caliber of employees. Difficult to tell exactly what future goals are. Good for career where you just want to coast.

    Communicate with your employees
    Train your employees properly
    Do not micromanage your employees
    Get rid of employees who do not produce
    Organize your group efficiently, pertaining to their skill sets
    Unify your work group
    Treat your employees with RESPECT!
