Pros

Benefits, Work Hours, Accrued Vacation and Sick Time

Cons

Too much traveling, Everything must go through top management to be approved, a lot of times don't get to see the results of your work,

Advice to Senior Management

Even if I did have something to say to senior management, it wouldn't matter because they do not have much authority to make direct changes in the office. Everything goes through regional and then through DC, so change takes a long time.
