Pros

A lot of the senior employees have been with the company for decades which offers a great place for entry level employees to learn from their experiences. The atmosphere is very laid back. I was lucky enough to have a great manager above me who made my time with the company pleasant.

Cons

There are a lot of bureaucracies and you constantly feel the need to be challenged and pushed harder. The expectations are low which might be a good point for some but a downside for anyone who wants a job to learn and develop themselves.

There also isn't much recognition for hard work, only if you have tenure in the company will you start to be recognized for your service.

Advice to Senior Management

Needs to do a better job in developing young employees.
