I have been working at FDIC
Pros – You work 40 hours, and you are done for the week, but still get paid really well. Family/Work Balance is truly committed to. I have left work numerous times to go and take care of a sick child, and not a complaint once from my boss.
Cons – Travel away from home a fair amount. A lot of work that feels meaningless, but yet helps with the overall process.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing, and you will continue to get great people to stick with you. You are all very helpful.
