    knowledgeable and dedicated staff level employees

    inequitable distribution of promotions, raises and awards; cliques and nepotism that is so common in civil service

    Advice to Management

    Promote based on knowledge, experience and ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Then again, if management had the requisite knowledge and experience this would not be a problem.

    -excellent work/life balance -pays well and great benefits -you get to meet a lot of different people and travel -lots of opportunites to vary work tasks

    Cons

    It was frustrating when exams were not finished on time.
