Pros

It is an established organization with experienced staff and many development opportunities. The people are hard working, honest and friendly.

Cons

Busy environment, lots of work due to current economic situation, have to be an independent hard worker dedicated to your position.

Advice to Senior Management

Have more social events so it's not as much of a formal government environment. Have more interaction with upper management.
