    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't have too much advice for Management other than they should consider brining in new management in some of the field offices. The Supervisory Examiner in the Raleigh Field office had no clue what was going on.

I have been working at FDIC

    Pros

The FDIC provides stable work and great benefits for its employees. You get trained very well and have plenty of time to learn your job.

    Cons

You have to travel quite extensively which can be difficult on your family life. Also, work can be a little repetitive, but it does stay steady.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management does a good job overall, but they do need to take a chill sometimes when it comes to industry issues.
