    I worked at FDIC

    Pros

Working at the FDIC is similar to any government job--many layers of bureaucracy, great benefits, good pay for the hours. The people I worked with were very nice and always willing to take the time to help you with any problems.

    Cons

Bureaucracy can be a pain. If I wanted to finish something and stay late, I couldn't. You are required to state your work schedule in advance work and must get approval to come in early or stay late.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not much management can do. Just the way government affiliated jobs are.
