    Pros

    Lots of technology and plenty of opportunity to learn new things if you are willing to go at it on your own. Need to be motivated to go and learn on your own, but they have many things that can touch in the technology world

    Cons

    Lots of work to be done. They are pretty lean, which means you'll work a lot of hours. Lots of process for the size of the environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Trust your employees more. You hired them to do a job, let them do their job. Trust in your decision that he/she is the correct person for the job you hired them for.

    Pros

    -Low stress environment
    -Rarely work more than 40 hours a week
    -People are generally nice
    -Contractors get paid very well, especially in IT
    -Monthly commuter subsidy and gym reimbursement for employees

    Cons

    -Little room for promotion
    -Unclear communication between senior management and employees
    -Lots of recent layoffs
    -Annual bonuses and pay increases are very minimal
    -Perks have decreased significantly in recent years
