“it is this to work in fico”
Current Employee – been working at FICO full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – you can learn lots good stuff. There are lots smart people arround you. Foe new employee, you will work with Sr people, so you learn very fast
Cons – you cannot make huge money like facebook or google.
Advice to Senior Management – keep going
