    Pros

    Can't honestly think of any

    Cons

Will push employees beyond their limits as long as profit is achieved

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to employ decent experienced managers who have the skills to lead rather than think about themselves and their career

You need to consider that there are people with families

    FICO - no real vision

I worked at FICO full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company had a successful history of servicing individuals and institutions by virtue of their proprietary FICO score, and did a good job of trying to leverage that proprietary knowledge.

    Cons

Through the years the company grew only through a multitude of acquisitions, which eventually diluted any real core vision or direction for the company. Executives were seemingly focuesed purely on pumping up the share price for The Street, but didn't have any real vision for where the company wanted to go with all of the disparate parts it had acquired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate to your personnel and show them the value they bring in their jobs. Stop simply valuing the sales teams with exorbitant comp packages while nickel and diming the rest of the organization's talented people.
