Wonderful learning experience.

Intern (Current Employee)
New York, NY

ProsThey have a FANTASTIC work-life balance.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
Although it pays less than other businesses in the financial industry, the pay is still competitive since you are also working fewer hours.
There are many opportunities to be promoted.
Executives are capable and go-getters.

ConsA bit too much "life" emphasis on the work-life balance of things.
There are varying ranges of intelligence within the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhile not necessary to require longer hours, I would recommend expecting more from people during the hours that they are at work (this obviously is a general statement and does not apply to all departments/sectors).

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
