FINRA Regulatory Analyst in Rockville, MD:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Great benefits. Important mission. Friendly environment. Room for growth. Management treat employees with respect. Work with great people.

Cons

Adequate, but not high compensation. Lack of growth in certain departments. Repetitive work.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide your employees with more opportunities to grow for incentive. Keep your employees more informed of management's strategic decisions. Give better feedback.
