Great technologies. Mature processes. A lot of opportunities to work on some of the world best financial technologies.

Cons

Company is going through efficiency improvement. Management style is focused more on a bottom line many times at the expense of the client's interests. Work culture is deteriorating. Many talented employees are leaving.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Return customer focus to be one of most important objectives. Raise hiring bar.
