Pros

FM is a great place to work with excellent benefits and a very laid back work environment.

Cons

I left due to lack of advancement opportunities. It could take decades to get your bosses job.. They weren’t too interested in having me work in other parts of the organization without taking a step down in positions.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide opporunities to the employees that seek them or they will leave.

    Good benefits, good work/life balance, great experience earning opportunity.

    Cons

    Career development opportunity, pay, raise/compensation structure doesn't promote hard work, lack of recognition for good work, not rewarding.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve the structure and way that you evaluate employees. Better rewards for employees who perform well will raise the level of all field staff. Also, this will give a better sense of who your best options are for promotion. Currently, management doesn't do the best job of promoting the best talent - in part because of the system in place.
