Right now there are none. Please be careful when reading about FMC because the Oil and Gas group get s awards for being a good employeer (not sure who they paid for the awards).

Cons

Poor communication and goal setting by managemet for the orgnization.

Advice to Senior Management

Wake up and get busy, quit waiting to establish goals and objectives. Listen to your employees and give them the tools to do their job.
