No Advancement, lack of pay raises

Prosnot too many, an ethical company

Conspay raises capped at no more than 1 or 2 percent. Experienced employees are taken for granted and have no chance for advancement. Instead the "youngies" get all the advancement since they are cheaper. Benefits are horrible.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou are going to need a mix of young and old in your organization and you need to value the experienced employees equally with the young upstarts.
