    Pros

Close to home. Good guys working in shop, aside from lead.

    Cons

Shop Lead is a complete Aho! I knew this before I started working there, but I thought how bad could it be? Well every opinion is accurate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Possibly hire experienced managers to run each location. Last 2 were 25 and 26....not cuttin it.

    Pros

Good Benefits, Decent Pay. Have a good sense of customer focus. Have a great focus on training in most work areas.

    Cons

If you are not a part of the Happy Hour crowd, be prepared to be left out. Some departments such as engineering do not cooperate with other deparments as they should.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give new managers some leadership training before sticking them in a position that they are not ready for.
