I would not recommend this company!

I have been working at FMC Technologies full-time for more than a year

ProsThere are opportunities for growth, depending on which department you work in. However, you do have to be in your current role for 12-18 months. The opportunities are more limited for employees who work in Human Resources. The employees are extremely nice.

ConsThe company is very disorganized. The HR department does not have a good grasp of the policies/procedures. Compensation and benefits not competitive. Payroll is a nightmare and frequently makes mistakes. When promoting and increasing pay, the company seems to value FMC experience more than experience in a particular field. In addition, management cannot seem to make a decision regarding flexible work arrangements (i.e. 9/80s, etc.)

Advice to Senior ManagementGet a clue!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
