    Pros

Excellent training programs for young engineers. As an Engineer, you will never get fired. Great starting pay for first job after college with a good sign on and relocation bonus. FMC gives you the tools and connections to get a very well paying job after 3-4 years at FMC.

    Cons

The better you are at your job, the more work you end up having to do. If you are too good at your job, they will never let you leave that position. 10% of the people do 90% of the work because there is no accountability. Don't think you can change it because there are too many people in front of you that will take your actions as a play for their job and they will hold you back. Non-existent bonus structure. (Unless you are management where there are 3 more levels of bonuses that no one talks about!) Company provided health insurance is a joke. Better to opt out of it and go on Obama care.

    Advice to Management

Chlorine needs to be put into the management pool. People who were not good enough to be recruited by customers and competitors are now in management positions because they have been at FMC for so long.

    Pros

It's an awesome company, I still check out their website and I feel I belong there.

    Cons

The position was a temp job and I really wanted the job to be permanent.

    Advice to Management

Always hire the person that think very highly of your company because they'll be there forever, always do a great job because they are proud to be there and always offer a helping hand when needed.
