    Pros

    Friendly colleagues who go out of way to help; Good team work technically; Growth is good in certain groups even when projects are from different locations.

    Cons

    Biased management; No independent projects, meaning work is dependent on other FMC regions like Singapore, Dunfermline or Houston; Growth is not measured only with individual's performance and his/ her contribution to team, but on personal opinions or impressions; Unprofessional behaviour towards employees from Management; To summarise all, it is a "One man show" wherein the director should be consulted for even selecting stationery.

    Need to be transparent and earn trust of employees; focus on the employee growth by providing good projects, work environment and impartiality towards employees.
